The Operator may process the natural identity and address of the Guest for the purpose of creating, defining the content of, amending and invoicing the fees arising from the accommodation contract and for the purpose of enforcing its claims in this respect.
For the purpose of invoicing the fees resulting from the accommodation contract, the operator may process personal data relating to the use of the service, the natural person, the address, the time, duration and place of use of the service. In addition, the operator may process personal data that are technically necessary for the provision of the service.
The Operator does not make the use of its services subject to registration, and the Guest's personal data is obtained by voluntary provision of data.
The Operator shall delete the personal data upon the termination of the purpose for which they are processed or upon the expiry of the statutory storage period, or upon the Guest's request. The Guest is entitled to modify or delete its own data at any time.
The Operator shall take the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data, in particular to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction.
The Operator will only disclose the personal data processed to third parties with the consent of the data subject or on the basis of a legal provision. The Operator shall use the data provided by the user primarily for the purposes of identification, contact and provision of services. The user acknowledges that in the event of possible infringements, the Operator shall cooperate with the competent authorities within the scope of the law in order to bring the infringing persons to justice.
The IP addresses of users' computers on the website are logged to record their visits. The IP address of the user's computer, the time of the visit and, in some cases, the type of browser and operating system, when the user's computer is configured to allow it, are recorded when the site is consulted and when registrations are made. These data, recorded in the log file, are used for analysis and statistical purposes, as well as to ensure the secure operation of the website and to prevent and detect unlawful attacks. In the absence of the user's consent, the operator will only transmit this data to third parties on the basis of an express legal provision. Log files are stored on the Operator's server for 180 days.
The data subject shall have the right to rectify his/her data, and to request the Operator to rectify any incorrectly provided data which cannot be rectified by him/her. The users may address their complaints and objections directly to the Operator, who will do its utmost to eliminate and remedy any possible infringements. The user may enforce his/her rights in relation to data management before a court of law pursuant to Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and the Civil Code, and may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
